Credits & data sources
YardHo! is built on the shoulders of generous open-data projects and a handful of paid services. This page credits each one, with links to their full terms.

Map data
OpenStreetMap
Shop locations imported into YardHo!'s directory, plus the underlying map data that powers the tiles you see in the app and on this site, come from OpenStreetMap — a volunteer-run, openly-licensed map of the world.
OpenStreetMap data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL).
If you spot a wrong address, missing hours, or a shop that's closed down, the fastest fix is often to update OpenStreetMap directly at openstreetmap.org — every downstream app, including ours, benefits. You can also report the issue to us from inside the app (long-press a shop card → Report) and we'll handle it.
Mapbox
The map tiles you see in the YardHo! app are rendered by Mapbox. Mapbox is also our address autocomplete (when you type an address while posting a sale) and our route optimizer (when the route planner finds the fastest order to visit a list of sales).
Map content © Mapbox and © OpenStreetMap contributors.
Weather
Weather forecasts and rain alerts are powered by Open-Meteo, a free weather API with global coverage.
Weather data by Open-Meteo.com, licensed CC BY 4.0.
AI features
Sale title suggestions, the "Improve with AI" description rewrite, Quick Fill ✨ (the feature that turns a screenshot of a Marketplace ad into a pre-filled sale post), the YardHo! Navigator chat, and our text-content safety checks all use OpenAI models.
OpenAI's privacy practices are documented at openai.com/policies. What we send and what we keep is also detailed in our own Privacy Policy.
Photo content moderation uses Google Cloud Vision as a second check on uploaded images.
Infrastructure
YardHo! runs on Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Authentication, Cloud Messaging, App Hosting, and Analytics) — a managed application platform from Google Cloud. No attribution required, but credit where it's due.
Open-source packages
The YardHo! app and website are built with the Flutter, Dart,
Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS open-
source ecosystems, along with a long list of community-maintained
packages. The full list is in our pubspec.yaml (app) and
package.json (website) on request.
Reporting a credit issue
If you see something on this page that's missing, wrong, or out of date — or you're a rights holder who'd like us to update an attribution — email Admin@YardHo.com and we'll fix it.
